When #2 is Double the Fun, Who Needs to Be #1

Celebration at Centennial Park to recognize #2 Best Places to Live ranking by Money Magazine

County Executive Ken Ulman invited residents to a celebration of Columbia/Ellicott City’s #2 ranking on Money Magazine’s “Best Places to Live in America” 2010 list. The celebration took place at the start of the Sunset Serenade concert at Centennial Park off Route 108, a mid-way point between the winning locations. The event featured a reading of the list of "Top Ten" #2 slogans by Executive Ulman and Council Chair Courtney Watson, light-hearted fun, really cool giveaways and a hot concert featuring soul, funk and pop music by the Eric Scott Band.
