YOUTH TASK FORCE

The Youth Task Force was formed by a County Council Resolution 34-2008 to study and evaluate the desirability and feasibility of a permanent Youth Commission in Howard County and to articulate a vision for youth within the County. The Task Force, composed of youth and adults from across the county, met for one year to research and discuss this issue. The Task Force has successfully identified a strong public desire for a permanent youth commission within the County.
