DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE

I welcome you to explore the Citizen Services web page and discover the wide variety of quality of life services that are available to the residents of Howard County. Serving as the human services arm of Howard County Government, Citizen Services is very proud of the innovative and creative programs that have been implemented over the years to better serve our community. In addition, the Department of Citizen Services oversees the activities of the Commission on Aging, Commission for Women, Consumer Affairs Advisory Board, Commission on Disability Issues, Board to Promote Self Sufficiency, and the Local Children's Board. Information on all Citizen Services Board and Commissions can be accessed on the website under the heading of Commissions and Advisory Boards.
