School is Back!

County Executive Ken Ulman greets students at Clarksville Middle School on first day of school

County Executive Ken Ulman joined students to celebrate their first week of public school in Howard County. The County Executive and School Superintendent Dr. Sydney Cousin spent a large part of their day congratulating school administrators, teachers and students on making Maryland schools #1 in the nation and helping the State win $250 million in “Race to the Top” education grants.
